Kim Kardashian dice que estaría dispuesta a competir de nuevo en Dancing With the Stars

Ciudad de Mexico, 17 de octubre de 2026.- Kim Kardashian apareció en Jimmy Kimmel Live! el jueves, donde habló sobre su participación en la séptima temporada de Dancing With the Stars en 2008 junto a Mark Ballas, en la que terminó en el puesto 11, y dijo que estaría dispuesta a competir de nuevo.
Durante la entrevista, Jimmy Kimmel señaló que la salida de Kardashian fue más temprana que la de Guillermo Rodriguez, quien fue eliminado esa semana. Kardashian respondió: "It’s so hard. I would honestly cry in my trailer every single night praying to get kicked off".
La empresaria describió su experiencia en el programa: "It was so hard for me", y agregó: "I was so shy. I couldn’t get over myself. I couldn’t get into it ’cause I was just so shy. And I’ve never danced again". Sobre las secuelas de su paso por el show, afirmó: "Like actually, I’ve never danced since. I am traumatized. No, it’s like traumatized me for life".
Kimmel reprodujo un clip del Mambo de Kardashian y Ballas con la canción 'I Like Big Butts'. Kardashian contó que vio recientemente el video de su presentación, durante una noche de póker familiar hace tres semanas: "We had a family poker night three weeks ago. Kylie decides to put it on the big movie screen. Half the people there didn’t know that I did it, and she wanted to show everyone. Thank God it’s so old that it’s pixelated. There’s no HD version of it on YouTube".
"I got up and went in front of the screen, and I remembered some of my moves, and I wished that I had the confidence that I do now", relató.
Kardashian reveló que propuso a sus hermanas una temporada completa de las Kardashian-Jenner compitiendo entre sí: "I told my sisters, I was like, ‘Could you imagine if we did, like, a Kardashian-Jenner whole season of all of us competing against each other on Dancing With the Stars?’ And we all loved it. We all were like, ‘Yes, let’s do it.’ I mean, I don’t know if they would ever do that, but…".
Sobre la posibilidad de volver al programa, dijo: "My brother was so good. I would just want us all back. I don’t know if they bring people back, but I’d do it. I’d do it". Kimmel le respondió: "They would definitely bring you back".
Rob Kardashian, hermano de Kim, compitió en la temporada 13 de Dancing With the Stars en 2011 con Cheryl Burke y quedó en segundo lugar, perdiendo ante J.R. Martinez. El programa ha tenido 35 temporadas y solo una temporada All-Star con concursantes que regresan: Dancing With the Stars: All Stars, la temporada 15, emitida en 2012, cuya ganadora fue Melissa Rycroft.
